Manakjeet S Randhawa, ME(Ele & Telecom) and PG (Systems Engineering) is a certified Quality System Auditor (ISO-9000), with vast experience in Quality Control, Assurance and Quality System Management. A proponent of quality and a firm believer in people, his over twenty-one years' experience dealing with people from diverse backgrounds has given him a deep insight into aspects of human behaviour, processes, motivation, and leadership. Weaving a magical carpet with these two strands - Quality and Leadership - he runs various programs that motivate people and teams grow, through improved quality and effectiveness. Besides a fair number of professional papers, Cdr Randhawa having founded Aspirations, has also designed the courseware for TQL programs run through the Centre for Effective Living & Leadership. His recent contribution includes a Leadership Development Workbook, which participants work upon, during TQL workshops.
